This "evaluations" registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment, if required. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is absorbed and details provided accurately to the association.
Registration will open 1-10-2023 and close on 2-5-2023. The 612 Fastpitch Selection Committee reserves the right to amend these dates on a case-by-case basis if numbers are below what is needed to form teams at specific age groups.

Please try to read through all the information closely. Making sure you are having a good experience is our goal.
At this point in the process, we will ask all players from 8U to 18U to register for evaluations, even if your age group is not scheduled to be evaluated.
Here's why: There will be no evaluations for 8U and the charge will be $0. However, your registration will give 612 an early indication of how many players, teams, and coaches are needed.

** Registrations are non-refundable unless you are not assigned to a roster. Players who self-withdraw will not be eligible for a refund. The final payment for the season will occur when you are assigned to a roster. Athletes who attempt to "play-up" to an older age group will need to pay for two evaluations, approximately $120 dollars. Evaluations pitcher and catchers will be on 2-11 with make-ups on 2-19. You will sign your athlete up in this registation for those sessions. If you know now your athlete has a conflict with these dates, you will indicate that in the registration.
08U (Born in 2015 or 2014)* 8U families will register at this time, but there will be no charge.
